Add NagVis & MKLivestatus to pollers
Adding mklivestatus and NagVis to the pollers and pointing nagvis to the local mklivestatus socket provides the ability to allow a network "branch" to visually review its own status maps in NagVis. This configuration will limit "climbing" into another branch or up to the central "tree" while providing full NagVis maps at the "branch" level.
